A Heartfelt Thank You: £400 Raised at Our Christmas Wreath Workshops

As spring begins to bloom and we shake off the last of the winter frost, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a special event from this past festive season – our annual Christmas Wreath Making Workshops with the incredibly talented Maybelle of Belles & Thistles.

Held last November, the room was filled with warmth, creativity and festive cheer as guests gathered to craft their own beautiful Christmas wreaths.

We’re proud to share that this year we raised £400 for Marie Curie, a charity close to many hearts, offering care and support to people living with terminal illness and their families. This incredible total was made possible thanks to Maybelle’s generosity, donating a percentage of the ticket sales to this worthy cause. And as always, her donation was already included in the ticket price – a true act of kindness that speaks volumes about her commitment to giving back.

The wreath making event has quickly become one of our most-loved festive traditions – a wonderful way to step into the season surrounded by creativity, laughter and a sense of community.

We’re already looking ahead with excitement… the wreath workshop will be back again this year! Maybelle will be joining us once more to lead another unforgettable evening of festive floristry.
